About the Role
Sudyog Infraprojects Private Limited is a luxury residential construction company specializing in high-end homes across South Delhi and the NCR region. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee current and upcoming residential projects.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with luxury residential contracting or development firms in the Delhi NCR region. Candidates with exposure to farmhouses, villas, and independent luxury residences will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Project planning and coordination with site teams, architects, consultants, and clients
- Defining and tracking project schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Managing project tasks and timelines using tools such as MS Project
- Coordinating between architects, contractors, and multiple vendors
- Preparing progress reports and tracking site execution using MS Excel and other project management tools
- Overseeing verification of bills, BOQs, and quantities
- Coordinating with vendors and consultants across various projects
- Ensuring smooth overall project supervision, liaisoning, and coordination
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with project scheduling and tracking tools
Preferred Experience
- Experience with luxury residential construction projects in Delhi NCR
- Prior work on villas, farmhouses, or independent residences
Education
- Diploma (Required)

- Minimum 6 years of total work experience (Required)
