Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide support and assist students in choosing the right academic programs The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills the ability to understand student needs and a passion for helping them achieve their academic and career goals Key Responsibilities Provide counselling to students and parents regarding courses admissions and academic pathways Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs based on their interests goals and eligibility Handle inquiries through phone calls WhatsApp walk-ins and online channels Maintain accurate records of student interactions follow-ups and conversions Support the admissions process by guiding students through documentation fee structure and registration procedures Achieve monthly targets related to student admissions and conversions Participate in outreach activities such as seminars workshops and school visits Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow Stay updated on academic programs industry trends and institutional guidelines Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication English local language preferred Strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities Good understanding of academic programs career paths and student counselling Ability to work under targets and deadlines Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and online communication platforms Problem-solving attitude with a positive and empathetic approach Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay Up to 18 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work Location In person
