Job Summary Ritikaawood is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations in our woodworking wood furniture production unit The role is responsible for planning coordinating and controlling production processes to ensure timely delivery quality standards cost efficiency and workforce productivity Key Responsibilities Plan organize and manage daily production activities as per production schedules Ensure optimal utilization of manpower machines and raw materials Monitor production output quality and timelines to meet delivery commitments Implement and maintain quality control standards for finished and semi-finished goods Coordinate with procurement for raw material availability and inventory control Supervise production staff machine operators and supervisors Identify process improvements to reduce wastage and improve efficiency Ensure adherence to safety housekeeping 5S and factory compliance standards Coordinate with design sales and dispatch teams for smooth operations Maintain production reports MIS and performance metrics Required Skills Competencies Robust knowledge of woodworking furniture manufacturing processes Hands-on experience in production planning and shop-floor management Leadership and team-handling skills Ability to solve production issues quickly and efficiently Knowledge of quality standards cost control and waste reduction Basic computer skills Excel production reports ERP preferred Qualifications Diploma Bachelor s degree in Production Mechanical Industrial Engineering or related field 5-10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing unit wood furniture industry preferred Preferred Experience Experience in modular furniture plywood wooden products or interior manufacturing Exposure to lean manufacturing or process improvement techniques Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
