ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES REPORTING TO Head of Engineering Department AGE 25 - 40 YEARS FLUENT IN ENGLISH Experience in Electrical Panels Electrical components Job location - Ernakulam puliyanam factory ELECTRICAL ENGINEER Duties and Responsibilities Analyze and interpret all project related documents electrical mechanical etc to accurately quantify all controls and instrumentation required prior to design Produce accurate control system and control panel design drawings using AutoCAD Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize projects in accordance with deadline requirements Collaborate with production engineers and upper management in the development verification and test of Panel designs Ensure all control panel designs are produced to comply with the requirements Assists in developing uniform procedures and standards for the design process Dimension and layout of back panels and enclosures Mounting of components to back panels and enclosures Routing and bundling of wire and cables neatly to meet wiring standards Point to point wiring of relays controls PLCs I O Modules VFDs Interfaces Instrumentation Troubleshoot panels as needed to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions Maintain line drawing mark-ups of changes required during fabrication Solid personal computer skills and strong knowledge of Excel and Word Must be organized and able to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently Able to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues ELECTRICAL ENGINEER Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering from accredited college university Ability to read and interpret design specifications and plans A minimum of five years of related experience or combination of education and experience Ability to compose emails and general correspondence Ability to speak write and read English Proficient computer skills with all basic office programs Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook and the ability to learn and use related software and systems are required Must have working knowledge of relay-based control PLC control and power circuits Experience with AutoCAD required Experience liaising with control panel fabrication shop personnel Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid time off Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
