Part-Time Partnerships Coordinator Yein Udaan 20-30 hours week 15 000-25 000 month About the Role The Partnerships Coordinator strengthens Yein Udaan s ecosystem by building integrating and nurturing relationships with partners across counselling foundational learning arts life skills sports leadership and other domains This role combines relationship-building coordination documentation and program integration and requires someone who is proactive organised and aligned with the ethos of community-centered impact Key Responsibilities 1 Partner Identification Onboarding Identify potential partners in counselling FLN arts sports leadership and life-skills domains Coordinate outreach discovery conversations and onboarding steps Maintain a growing network of aligned organisations service providers and experts 2 Partnership Integration Work with the curriculum team to integrate partner sessions into student timetables each term Ensure smooth coordination of schedules session planning and implementation alignment Maintain timely communication with internal teams and external partners 3 Relationship Management Partner Satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with all partner organisations Conduct routine partner check-ins gather feedback and support trouble-shooting 4 Monitoring Evaluation Implementation Train and support relevant staff on M E tools linked to partner programs Ensure timely collection of data feedback attendance and outcome indicators 5 Reporting Insights Learning Prepare concise monthly reports with insights trends and recommendations Identify and implement program improvements based on partner feedback and M E data Core Competencies Strong relationship-building communication skills Professionalism responsiveness and clarity Ability to plan ahead organise and coordinate across teams Familiarity with monitoring evaluation practices Comfort with Google Suite documentation and reports Proactive resourceful and aligned with YU s ethos of belonging and quality Compensation 15 000-25 000 per month based on experience 20-30 hours per week To apply fill in the Google form linked below https forms gle 8Lii9zeigiBwwFCG8 No direct messages or emails will be pursued Job Type Part time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 12 2025
