of millions of in-service routine flights to support and improve flight safety and aircraft design This team is part of Systems Test a department that works on systems with a product line approach as well as test capabilities of various aircraft systems Job Responsibilities We are looking for an Engineer who is self-motivated and driven to work with multiple stakeholders being responsible for Collect process assess analyse and monitor in-service data from airlines MROs and suppliers Provide recommendations for performance improvement at fleet and or individual operator level and analyse effectiveness Support organizations by providing in-service data reference data dashboards reports etc and support Aircraft and Services Sales activities This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity as the foundation for the Company s success reputation and sustainable growth Understanding the technological needs of various aircraft operations and its extended ecosystem customers suppliers strategic partners etc Quickly learning and creating prototypes concrete solutions that solve the needs and problems identified Working with a transnational team on selected systems Implementing the solution on selected systems use cases Being flexible to be challenged on one s ideas and to still drive innovative solutions Networking with other transnational system designers experts flight test pilots to understand and improve the solution at hand Validating Testing and Deploying the innovative solutions developed and documenting the learning in the process Providing project updates on a consistent basis to the various stakeholders involved in the team Be responsible for key analysis for improving testing and operations of aircrafts Required Education B Tech M Tech M E in aerospace mechanical electrical or electronics engineering or similar discipline Required Skills and Expertise Machine Learning Data Science Operating System Windows Linux Unix Atleast 1 Programming knowledge C C Python R JAVA or any Object Oriented Programming language Others XML Pyspark SQL GitKnowledge Strong interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility and adaptability Understanding of flight operations and basic understanding of aircraft systems Relevant experience handling time-series data Nice to Have Knowledge of aircraft systems and statistics Basic awareness of aircraft operations Knowledge and experience in Predictive Data Analytics related tools added advantage Proficiency in quickly grasping the technical details of different aircraft systems and associating the technology to solve relevant problem statements Excellent in communication skills to present data analysis findings with specialists Self-motivated individual interested in working on data science concepts for aviation industry Strong team player motivated to collaborate and find synergies Excellent analytical skills and proven
