Job Summary The Billing Engineer Site Coordinator will responsible for project billing quantity measurement cost tracking and coordination between site execution and vendors The role ensures accurate preparation of bills adherence to contract terms and smooth communication between contractors consultants and internal project team Key Responsibilities Billing Quantity Surveying Prepare RA bills final bills and client invoices as per contract BOQ and drawings Measure and verify quantities executed at site Maintain MB Measurement Book records Reconcile subcontractor bills and material consumption Track variations extra items and deviation statements Ensure billing complies with contract terms and timelines Site Coordination Coordinate between site engineers contractors consultants and finance team Monitor daily site progress and report execution status Assist in planning and scheduling of site activities Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications Attend site meetings and prepare MOM Minutes of Meeting Documentation Reporting Maintain project documentation including drawings approvals and bills Prepare progress reports billing summaries and cost statements Support audits and client reviews Track project costs and assist in budget control Compliance Quality Ensure billing and site activities comply with company policies and contractual obligations Assist in quality checks and certification processes Support project close-out documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field 2-6 years of experience in construction billing and site coordination Experience in interior based projects preferred Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of BOQ rate analysis and measurement Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD and billing software if applicable Positive understanding of construction drawings and specifications Strong coordination and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under deadlines Preferred Skills Experience with client billing and subcontractor billing Familiarity with contract clauses Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Application Question s Can you join immediately Are you ready to travel to Jamnagar at times for project related work Work Location In person
