Job Title Site Engineer Location Thoraipakkam Experience 2-5 Years Job Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an Experienced Site Engineer to supervise coordinate and manage on-site construction activities for residential commercial or infrastructure projects The candidate will ensure projects are executed on time within budget and according to design and quality standards The role requires strong technical knowledge leadership skills and the ability to resolve on-site challenges efficiently Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily on-site construction activities Ensure all work is executed as per design drawings specifications and project schedule Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with standards Coordinate with contractors sub-contractors architects and consultants for smooth project execution Maintain site records progress reports labor logs and material usage reports Identify and resolve technical or operational issues on-site promptly Ensure safety regulations and protocols are strictly followed on-site Assist in planning resource allocation and project scheduling Monitor cost control and suggest improvements to optimize resource usage Mentor and guide junior engineers site staff and labor teams Required Skills Qualifications Educational Qualification Diploma B E B Tech in Civil Engineering Experience 2-5 years of on-site civil construction experience Solid knowledge of construction techniques materials structural design and site management Proficient in AutoCAD STAAD Pro MS Project MS Office Ability to read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and project plans Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of safety regulations quality standards and local building codes Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks on-site Preferred Attributes Previous experience in commercial residential or infrastructure projects Familiarity with modern construction technologies and project management software Ability to lead teams coordinate multiple contractors and resolve site conflicts efficiently Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Provident Fund Location Thoraipakkam Chennai Tamil Nadu Required Work Location In person
