We are looking for a Compliance Manager in Facility Industry Experience 5 Yrs Salary UP TO 45K Location Sector 74A Gurgaon Key Responsibilities Policy Development Implementation Create modify and implement company policies and procedures to ensure they align with federal state and local labor laws and industry standards Risk Management Audits Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks in HR processes such as recruitment compensation and employee relations Training Guidance Provide training and guidance to HR staff and management on compliance-related matters ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities Incident Investigation Lead investigations into alleged violations of compliance policies or regulations ensuring appropriate documentation and corrective actions are taken Legal Regulatory Monitoring Stay informed about changing labor laws and regulations interpreting them and updating company policies to ensure ongoing adherence Record Keeping Reporting Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies demonstrating compliance efforts Employee Relations Support Advise HR and management on complex employee relations issues ensuring that resolutions are fair consistent and legally compliant Cross-functional Collaboration Work with legal counsel department managers and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent approach to compliance across the organization Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
