Key Responsibilities Site Supervision Monitor day-to-day operations at client sites e g housekeeping security maintenance Ensure staff attendance and discipline at all assigned facilities Vendor Staff Coordination Coordinate with outsourced staff cleaners security guards technicians and vendors Ensure deployment as per manpower planning and shift schedules Inspection Quality Checks Conduct routine inspections of premises for cleanliness safety and maintenance Identify and resolve on-site issues or escalate to the facility manager Client Interaction Maintain regular communication with clients regarding service performance Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution Compliance Reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Prepare daily weekly site reports checklists and incident logs Inventory Supplies Management Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials tools and consumables Coordinate with the store purchase team for timely replenishment Support for AMC Maintenance Activities Coordinate minor repair electrical plumbing and other maintenance work Supervise third-party contractors during AMC visits or breakdowns Job Type Full time Work Location In person
