Monitor day-to-day facade installation activities at site Ensure work is progressing as per schedule and quality standards Labour Workforce Management Check daily worker availability and allocate work as instructed Coordinate with subcontractors and labour teams Material Handling Assist in receiving materials and verifying quantities Ensure safe and proper storage of all facade materials and tools Inform seniors of any material shortages Site Coordination Coordinate with main contractor safety officer and other site departments Attend site coordination meetings along with senior supervisor if required Quality Safety Compliance Ensure installation is as per drawings method statements and standards Follow all site safety rules and report unsafe activities immediately Documentation Reporting Maintain daily site report progress manpower material usage Update pending items issues and progress to senior supervisor Support to Senior Staff Assist Senior Site Supervisor Project Engineer in measurements marking and layout Help prepare reports checklists snag lists etc Housekeeping Site Discipline Ensure site cleanliness proper waste disposal and discipline among workers Required Skills Qualifications Diploma ITI in Civil Mechanical or related field 0-2 years of facade installation construction site experience freshers can also apply Basic knowledge of facade systems ACP glazing spider unitized - added advantage Ability to read basic drawings Valuable communication and coordination skills Willingness to work at different project sites Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
