Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team In this role you will focus on designing and optimizing mechanical components and systems using CAD CAM and CAE tools You will be responsible for creating precise 2D drawings ensuring designs are manufacturable DFM and overseeing prototyping and 3D printing processes This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative products and bring concepts to life through advanced engineering and manufacturing techniques Key Responsibilities Requirements Design and optimize mechanical components using CAD o CAM and CAE tools Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing Conduct DFMEA to identify design risks and perform FEA for structural and thermal analysis Oversee prototyping including 3D printing and ensure manufacturability with DFM practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product integration and testing Document designs analyses and processes while optimizing for cost and performance Innovate with new materials and techniques troubleshooting design and manufacturing challenges 0-1 years of experience in mechanical design and product development Proficiency in CAD software e g SolidWorks AutoCAD and CAM tools Knowledge of CAE tools for structural and thermal analysis Experience with DFMEA and FEA techniques Hands-on experience with prototyping 3D printing and DFM practices Familiarity with creating detailed 2D drawings and 3D models Strong understanding of materials manufacturing processes and design optimization Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and creativity Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Basic programming Matlab Python etc Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Current Location Current CTC Expected CTC Notice period duration Experience CAD Engineer - mechanical design and product development 1 year Required Work Location In person
