Academic Manager - Pre-Primary Primary Position Overview The Academic Manager will oversee the teaching-learning processes for Pre-Primary and Primary sections ensuring high-quality academic delivery curriculum implementation teacher development and smooth academic operations The role requires strong leadership academic expertise and the ability to guide teachers to achieve excellence in early years and primary education Key Responsibilities 1 Curriculum Planning Implementation Ensure effective implementation of the Pre-Primary and Primary curriculum as per school standards Design yearly monthly and weekly academic plans Monitor lesson plans teaching aids and classroom strategies Introduce age-appropriate teaching methodologies aligned with 21st-century learning skills 2 Academic Quality Classroom Observation Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers Ensure learning outcomes are met for all grades Oversee assessments worksheets notebooks and student progress tracking 3 Teacher Training Development Conduct regular training sessions orientation programs and workshops for teachers Identify areas for improvement and mentor teachers for better classroom effectiveness Guide new teachers in understanding curriculum pedagogy and school processes 4 Student Development Learning Support Track student performance and ensure timely interventions Coordinate remedial classes enrichment activities and academic competitions Ensure a protected nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children 5 Academic Administration Oversee timetables substitution and academic schedules Coordinate with the Principal and management for smooth academic operations Ensure documentation reports and academic records are maintained accurately Required Qualifications Experience Graduate or Postgraduate with B Ed Early Childhood Education preferred Minimum 4-6 years of teaching experience and 2-3 years of academic coordination leadership experience in Pre-Primary Primary Strong understanding of early years and primary pedagogy Excellent communication leadership and team-management skills Key Skills Academic planning instructional leadership Strong classroom observation and mentoring skills Training and teacher development Child-centric and innovative approach Problem-solving and coordination abilities Good communication interpersonal skills Job Type Full-time Pay 450 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Work Location In person
