Profile SITE SUPERVISOR ENGINEER Male Experience 1 to 2 Years CTC 2 5Lacs-3 5Lacs Location Gurugram A Site Supervisor for security and safety device installation is the frontline leader responsible for the daily management coordination and safety of all on-site installation activities Daily Operations Oversight Manages and directs the daily activities of the installation team including technicians and subcontractors They organize work schedules delegate tasks and monitor manpower productivity to ensure the project stays on track Quality Control Ensures that all security and safety systems CCTV fire alarms access control etc are installed according to the approved design specifications blueprints and industry standards They conduct regular inspections and perform testing and commissioning of systems to verify functionality Material and Equipment Management Manages the ordering delivery storage and inventory of materials and equipment ensuring the right items are available when needed and preventing shortages or wastage Documentation and Reporting Maintains accurate site records including daily activity logs incident reports attendance records and material use reports These reports are submitted regularly to the project manager or senior management Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Acts as the first point of contact for technical issues or problems that arise during installation using problem-solving skills to implement corrective actions quickly REQUIRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS Education A Bachelor s degree Diploma ITI in Electrical Mechanical or Fire Safety Engineering is often preferred Experience Proven hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of security and fire safety systems CCTV fire alarm access control etc Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of relevant systems the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints Salary Budget 2 5Lacs 3 5Lacs PA Travel Expenses as per actuals Note Candidate with own vehicle for commutation will be preferred Job Types Full time Permanent Application Question s Are you qualified with Bachelor s degree Diploma ITI in Electrical Mechanical or Fire Safety Engineering is often preferred are you most comfortable with location Gurgaon what is your current annual salary ctc what is your expected annual salary ctc How many years of Proven experience in in the installation and maintenance of security and fire safety systems CCTV fire alarm access control etc what is your notice period in days How would you rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 10 between your experience skills as required experience in job descriptions Work Location In person
