Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Staffing Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all levels Prepare job descriptions screen resumes schedule interviews and conduct final HR rounds Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new employees 2 Employee Relations Handle employee grievances conflicts and disciplinary actions Maintain a positive work environment and support employee welfare programs Conduct employee engagement activities and feedback surveys 3 Performance Management Assist in the development and implementation of PMS KRA KPI-based Coordinate annual and mid-year appraisals Support managers in performance improvement plans 4 Training Development Identify training needs through collaboration with functional managers Plan organize and monitor internal external training sessions Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness 5 HR Operations Compliance Maintain employee database attendance leave records and payroll inputs Ensure compliance with labor laws PF ESIC gratuity bonus and other statutory processes Prepare HR reports MIS and documentation 6 Policy Process Management Assist in defining and updating HR policies and SOPs Ensure implementation of HR policies across departments Support organizational culture building and process improvements Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of HR practices Labour Laws and statutory compliance Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software Strong leadership and decision-making ability Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Master s Degree in HR Business Management or related field 5 years of experience in HR operations Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month
