Job Title Accounts Head Company Name Rezmytrip Pvt Ltd Location Ahmedabad - Nehru Nagar H Colony Job Summary Rezmytrip Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Head to manage and oversee the company s accounting operations for both India and UAE entities The ideal candidate should be highly experienced in Tally Advanced Excel capable of leading a team and comfortable working in a fast-paced high-pressure environment while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting Key Responsibilities Handle complete accounting operations for India UAE accounts Maintain and manage offline and online accounting data accurately and on a timely basis Finalization of accounts ledgers balance sheets and MIS reports Daily working on Tally ERP Tally Prime Strong command over Advanced Excel H-Lookup V-Lookup Pivot Tables MIS reporting Supervise and guide the accounts team ensure smooth workflow and task allocation Ensure compliance with statutory requirements GST TDS basic UAE compliance knowledge preferred Coordinate with auditors consultants and management for audits and financial reviews Monitor cash flow expenses receivables and payables Prepare monthly quarterly and yearly financial reports Handle pressure situations deadlines and multiple tasks efficiently Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy at all times Required Skills Competencies Strong expertise in Tally Accounting Fundamentals Advanced knowledge of MS Excel mandatory Team leadership and people-management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills Good communication and coordination skills High attention to detail and accuracy Qualification Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting Minimum 1 year of team-leading experience CA Inter CA Intern - added advantage Exposure to handling UAE Indian accounts preferred Age Preference Below 35 years preferred Why Join Rezmytrip Pvt Ltd Growing travel tourism company with international exposure Opportunity to handle multi-country accounts Leadership role with decision-making responsibility Professional work environment with growth opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 60 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Life insurance Work Location In person
