FunFit We are looking for a passionate and energetic Gymnastics Specialist who can train mentor and inspire students through structured and engaging gymnastics programs The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of gymnastics excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate students of all skill levels The role also involves demonstrations promotions and travel as required Roles Responsibilities Plan organize and conduct professional gymnastics training sessions for students across different age groups Teach gymnastics fundamentals including flexibility strength balance coordination and basic to advanced gymnastics skills Design age-appropriate drills routines warm-ups conditioning and fitness exercises specific to gymnastics Ensure proper execution of movements to prevent injuries and maintain high safety standards Identify and nurture talent by providing individual attention corrections and performance feedback Promote discipline confidence teamwork and sportsmanship through gymnastics training Prepare students for school-level performances competitions and demonstrations Organize and assist in inter-school events competitions and practice sessions Maintain a positive energetic and motivating learning environment Be flexible and willing to travel or relocate as per organizational requirements Continuously upgrade skills by learning modern gymnastics coaching techniques and safety practices Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Physical Education BPED MPED mandatory Specialization or strong coaching playing experience in Gymnastics mandatory Sound knowledge of gymnastics techniques rules and safety protocols Experience in handling children and school-level students Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Ability to motivate and engage beginners as well as advanced learners Energetic disciplined and student-focused teaching approach Confident personality with positive presentation and interpersonal skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per year Ability to commute relocate Bhubaneswar Orissa Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Language English Preferred Location Bhubaneswar Orissa Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person
