Job Title Collection Executive Field Executive Department Collections Recovery Location Chennai - Perambur Anna Nager Pallavaram Experience 1 - 3 Years Finance NBFC Banking preferred Employment Type Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and responsible Collection Executive Field Executive to manage loan repayment follow-ups field visits and customer coordination The role involves ensuring timely collections maintaining customer relationships and supporting the credit and recovery process for our loan and investment products Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to customers for loan repayment follow-ups and collections Educate customers on repayment schedules penalties and loan terms Collect EMI payments receipts and required documentation Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions Coordinate with internal teams for NACH cheque bounce cases and settlement plans Track overdue accounts and initiate recovery actions as per company policy Verify customer addresses business locations and KYC documentation Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues related to payments Submit daily reports on collection status and field activities Assist in legal and recovery processes when required e g notices repossession coordination Key Skills Competencies Strong communication and negotiation skills Persuasive and confident in handling customers Knowledge of loan processes and basic finance terms Ability to work independently in the field Customer service orientation Basic computer and mobile app usage skills Eligibility Requirements Graduate preferred Diploma or ITI can also apply Experience in Collections Field Sales NBFC Banking preferred Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas Local area knowledge is an added advantage Job Type Full time Pay 10 150 12 - 27 899 98 per month Work Location In person
