Company Description Tradeweb Markets is a world leader in the evolution of electronic trading A fintech company serving approximately 2 500 clients - including the world s largest banks asset managers hedge funds insurance companies wealth managers and retail clients - in more than 65 countries worldwide Since our first trade in 1998 we have helped transform and electronify the fixed income markets Tradeweb is a culture built on innovation creativity and collaboration Through a combination of talented people advanced technology and strong client partnerships we continuously work to enhance transparency efficiency and connectivity in global financial markets Mission Move first and never stop Collaborate with clients to build solutions that drive efficiency and transparency in electronic trading Tradeweb Markets LLC Tradeweb is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer - Minorities Females Protected Veterans Disabled Affirmative Action Role Overview Tradeweb is seeking a Revenue and Audit Assurance Specialist to join our Finance team This role will play a key part in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of Tradeweb s financial reporting through meticulous balance sheet reconciliations journal preparation and correct revenue recognition The position also involves managing billing processes including the review and processing of credits and rebills as well as supporting the testing and implementation of our new billing system Zuora This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional with a solid technical foundation in audit and accounting ideally gained from a Big 4 public accounting firm to apply their expertise within a dynamic global fintech environment Key Responsibilities Revenue Accounting Recognition Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP and company policy Review and reconcile key revenue accounts identifying and resolving discrepancies Support the monthly close process by preparing and reviewing journal entries related to revenue deferred revenue and billing adjustments Balance Sheet Reconciliation Prepare review and maintain comprehensive reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts Investigate and resolve reconciling items promptly ensuring all balances are fully substantiated Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all reconciliations Billing Operations Oversee and review client billing to ensure accuracy and completeness Process and review credit and rebill requests in accordance with internal controls and approval processes Partner with the revenue and billing teams to address and resolve billing queries from internal and external stakeholders System Implementation Testing Contribute to the testing and rollout of the Zuora billing system ensuring end-to-end validation of data flows revenue recognition and integration with financial systems Work cross-functionally with technology PwC implementation partners and other finance stakeholders to identify process improvements Support user acceptance testing UAT documenting test results and ensuring alignment with business requirements Audit Controls Support both internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules reconciliations and documentation Maintain strong internal controls across revenue and billing cycles Identify opportunities to strengthen SOX controls and streamline financial operations Qualifications Education Experience Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related discipline 3-5 years of experience in accounting or audit preferably within a Big 4 public accounting firm or a financial services organization Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition principles Experience with billing systems or ERP platforms e g Zuora Oracle SAP is highly desirable Skills Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Excel and exposure to data analysis tools e g Alteryx Tableau is a plus Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and desire to improve processes
