ResponsibilitiesAccounting Finance Manage day-to-day accounting operations including sales purchase and expense entries Prepare and maintain ledgers journals and financial records Handle accounts payable receivable and track outstanding payments Reconcile bank statements stock and vendor accounts Marg Software Operations Create and manage invoices challans debit credit notes and purchase orders in Marg ERP Maintain accurate stock records batch details expiry tracking and GST reports Generate MIS reports sales summaries and monthly statements using Marg Manage GST billing GSTR reports and related documentation Billing Inventory Management Ensure accurate billing for surgical and pharma products Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock updates dispatch and inward outward entries Monitor product expiry batch numbers and physical stock reconciliation Vendor Customer Coordination Follow up with customers for payments and resolve billing discrepancies Coordinate with suppliers for purchase entries returns and payment schedules Maintain proper documentation for returns replacements and purchase claims Compliance Reporting Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Ensure compliance with GST TDS and company accounting policies Assist auditors with required documents during internal and external audits RequirementsEducation B Com M Com BBA MBA in Finance or related field Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting Mandatory experience with Marg ERP software billing stock reports Experience in pharma surgical industry preferred Skills Solid knowledge of accounting principles and GST Proficient in Marg MS Excel and MS Office Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Incentives and performance-based bonuses Professional growth opportunities Supportive team environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
