About Astara Polymers Astara Polymers is a growing manufacturer and supplier of high-quality PET preforms for water bottles fridge bottles and jars We are committed to innovation consistent quality and excellent customer service To expand our presence in the Bihar market we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative Job Summary The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling PET preforms to water bottling plants beverage manufacturers packaging units jar manufacturers and distributors across Bihar The role requires market knowledge customer relationship management and the ability to achieve sales targets Key Responsibilities Identify and develop recent customers for PET preforms in assigned regions of Bihar Promote and sell PET preforms used for water bottles fridge bottles and jars Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers distributors and channel partners Conduct market visits understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Follow up on inquiries quotations and sample requests Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with management Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction Maintain proper records of sales collections and customer feedback Candidate Requirements Experience 1-5 years in sales preferably in PET preforms packaging products plastics FMCG packaging or related industries Education Minimum 12th pass Diploma Graduation preferred Valuable communication and negotiation skills Ability to travel extensively across Bihar Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends Self-driven disciplined and target-oriented Key Skills PET Preforms Sales B2B Sales Dealer Management Market Mapping Client Acquisition Communication Negotiation Field Sales Relationship Management Benefits Competitive salary incentives Travel allowance Growth opportunities within the company Training and support from senior management Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
