Job Title DAYCARE TEACHER Location Model colony Pune Timing Daycare Teacher 11 AM - 6 PM Job Type Full-time IN PRESCHOOL Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our early childhood education team The ideal candidate will create a nurturing engaging and safe learning environment that fosters each child s social emotional cognitive and physical development in alignment with age-appropriate learning goals Key Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities based on curriculum guidelines Foster a warm welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that supports learning through play and exploration Observe and assess students progress and development maintaining accurate records and documentation Communicate regularly and effectively with parents guardians about children s progress behavior and daily activities Promote positive behavior and classroom management strategies Ensure the health safety and hygiene of children at all times Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience Participate in staff meetings training sessions and school events as required Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials Qualifications Fresher can apply - Bachelors degree in any field Excellent in English Bachelor s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred Preferred -Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting Knowledge of early childhood development milestones and best practices Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills Patience creativity and a genuine love for working with children Working Conditions Must be able to lift and carry children and materials up to 40 lbs Requires bending kneeling standing and sitting on the floor Ability to work in a noisy and active environment Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
