Job description Product Development Industrialization Evaluate customer drawings and specifications for manufacturability Develop process flow tooling concepts and control plans for new parts Develop and Coordinate with toolmakers and vendors for die development and trials Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for recent components Project Planning Execution Prepare and track NPD timelines milestones and resource requirements Align internal departments production quality procurement for launch readiness Monitor progress against APQP and PPAP deliverables Documentation Compliance Prepare and maintain ISO IATF-compliant documentation DFMEA PFMEA Control Plans etc Ensure all NPD activities meet internal and customer-specific quality standards Support audits and customer visits with relevant technical documentation Trials Validation Plan and execute die trials pilot runs and capability studies Analyze trial results and implement corrective actions Validate product and process performance before handover to production Cross-Functional Coordination Liaise with design production quality and procurement teams Support vendor development and technical clarifications Ensure smooth transition from development to mass production Key Performance Indicators KPIs On-time completion of NPD milestones First-time-right trial success rate PPAP approval cycle time Rework rejection rate during pilot runs Customer satisfaction on new product launches Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Production Engineering 3-5 years of experience in stamping or sheet metal NPD Strong understanding of die design press operations and material behavior Familiarity with APQP PPAP FMEA and GD T Proficient in CAD tools and MS Office Excellent communication and project management skills Job Type Full-time Pay 55 827 80 - 66 157 90 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
