Experience 4-10 years Full time Salary 4 - 7 LPA HR - Roopa Contact (phone hidden) About the Role We are looking for a proactive Academic Operations Executive to manage and coordinate all academic activities of our Elevate Program including syllabus finalization study material development trainer onboarding and smooth execution of online offline classes The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between content writers trainers and management ensuring timely delivery and quality of learning content Key Responsibilities Work with content writers and subject experts to prepare and finalize syllabus TOC and study materials Identify and onboard qualified instructors trainers for various subjects Handle agreement preparation signing and documentation for trainers and freelance instructors Conduct price negotiations and payment discussions with instructors Coordinate with trainers for class scheduling delivery and attendance tracking Ensure smooth communication between trainers design content teams and management Monitor class quality feedback and trainer performance for continuous improvement Support in creating academic reports timetables and course updates Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree Master s preferred in any discipline 4-10 years of experience in academic coordination operations training management Excellent communication and coordination skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic knowledge of Technical courses is a must Experience handling faculty contracts and training schedules Key Traits Detail-oriented and proactive Strong in follow-up and relationship management Able to work independently and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 400 000 00 - 700 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
