Job Title Dispatch Executive Location Budasan Kadi Department Logistics Dispatch Operations Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage billing invoicing stock coordination and timely dispatch of goods The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate documentation proper stock movement and smooth coordination with the warehouse transporters and accounts team Key Responsibilities Prepare billing documents invoices delivery challans and e-way bills Coordinate dispatch of goods as per sales orders and delivery schedules Maintain and update stock records inward outward and closing stock Ensure accurate order processing and documentation Coordinate with warehouse logistics partners and sales team Track dispatched material and follow up on deliveries Handle returns shortages and damage reports Maintain proper filing of dispatch and billing documents Update daily dispatch and stock MIS reports Required Skills Qualifications Experience in billing invoicing and dispatch operations Good knowledge of stock management and inventory control Familiar with GST invoices delivery challans and e-way bills Proficient in MS Excel ERP Tally preferred Good coordination and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks Minimum 1-3 years of experience in dispatch logistics role Graduate Commerce background preferred Salary As per industry standards based on experience Working Hours Full time Email - hr1 rrmgt gmail com Contact-(phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
