Job Summary A Civil Interior Site Engineer is responsible for supervising coordinating and executing both structural civil works and interior finishing works at the project site The role ensures timely delivery adherence to design specifications quality standards and safety norms while managing contractors vendors and labor teams Key Roles Responsibilities 1 Civil Works Execution Supervision Oversee construction activities such as RCC masonry plastering waterproofing flooring and external works Ensure structural works comply with approved drawings IS codes and quality standards Coordinate with consultants for site inspections and approvals 2 Interior Works Execution Supervise interior fit-out works false ceiling partitions joinery modular furniture wall finishes painting electrical and plumbing fixtures Ensure interior finishes meet design intent and client specifications Manage vendor execution and check material quality for interiors 3 Planning Coordination Prepare daily weekly and monthly site work schedules Coordinate with architects interior designers consultants and contractors Ensure timely procurement of civil and interior materials Liaise with MEP teams to integrate services within interior works 4 Quality Safety Management Conduct inspections and maintain high standards of quality for both civil and interior works Verify contractor bills quantity measurements and BOQ adherence Enforce health safety and environmental practices on site 5 Documentation Reporting Prepare Daily Progress Reports DPR and maintain project records Document material approvals inspection reports and as-built drawings Track project progress vs schedule and report delays with corrective actions 6 Client Team Interaction Act as the key point of contact between client project team and site workforce Conduct site meetings and provide technical guidance Ensure client satisfaction with both structural and interior finishes Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of civil engineering interior design execution and finishing materials Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Project Primavera and MS Office Ability to manage multiple vendors and teams simultaneously Educational Qualification Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Fit-out Management Experience 0-5 years Handling both civil and interior site execution Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Education Diploma Preferred Experience total 1 year Preferred Willingness to travel 50 Preferred Work Location In person
