Senior Accounts Executive Location Andheri West Responsibilities Handle general accounting functions including journal entries ledger scrutiny and month-end closing Prepare and maintain financial statements MIS reports and schedules for audits Manage full GST compliance including registrations return filings GSTR-1 GSTR-3B Annual Return reconciliations and responding to notices Oversee complete TDS work calculations deductions return filing challan preparation and certificates issuance Perform costing and inventory accounting relevant to manufacturing operations Conduct account reconciliations such as bank reconciliation vendor customer reconciliation and inter-company accounts Utilize advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP Pivot Tables and data analysis for reporting and decision support Coordinate with auditors vendors and internal teams for smooth financial operations Ensure compliance with accounting standards internal control policies and statutory requirements Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and manufacturing industry practices Hands-on experience with GST and TDS end-to-end processes Proficiency in Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Table Formulas and accounting software add name if required Solid analytical problem-solving and documentation skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting roles within the manufacturing sector Detail-oriented organized and capable of handling multiple tasks Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month
