We are looking for a skilled US Bookkeeper to handle day-to-day accounting tasks for US-based clients The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles accounting software and US accounting standards Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for US clients Record and maintain financial transactions AP AR GL Reconcile bank accounts credit cards and vendor statements Process invoices payments and expense reports Maintain books using QuickBooks Online Desktop Xero or other US tools Prepare monthly quarterly and yearly financial reports Assist in month-end and year-end closing Maintain accurate and clean financial records Communicate with US clients via email or calls Ensure compliance with US accounting and bookkeeping standards Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance 3 years of experience in US Bookkeeping modify if needed Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Xero or NetSuite Knowledge of US GAAP is an added advantage Strong understanding of AP AR GL and bank reconciliations Good communication skills written verbal Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Preferred Skills Experience with payroll processing if applicable Knowledge of sales tax 1099s or basic US tax concepts Exposure to working with CPA firms or US clients Shift Benefits Shift Timing 12 00 pm to09 00 pm Female and 1 to 10 or 2 to 11pm Male Work from Office Skilled growth with US-based accounting exposure Supportive collaborative work culture Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Work Location In person
