Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities on-site Coordinate with engineers subcontractors and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution Ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved drawings specifications and safety standards Check materials tools and equipment before use to ensure quality and compliance Maintain daily site records including work progress materials used and manpower deployed Identify and resolve any on-site issues or deviations from the plan Assist in preparing and reviewing method statements and work procedures Conduct site inspections and report non-compliance or safety violations Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients Monitor and control the project schedule to avoid delays Qualifications Skills Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in construction or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of civil works such as excavation concreting shuttering steel reinforcement masonry and finishing Familiar with construction drawings and site documentation Good understanding of health and safety regulations Excellent leadership communication and team coordination skills Ability to work independently and make decisions on-site Basic proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools Job Types Full-time Permanent Perks Food provided Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
