Position Site Supervisor Location Delhi NCR Experience 2-5 years Qualification ITI Diploma in Electrical Mechanical or Civil related field Role Overview We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities coordinate manpower and ensure smooth execution of project tasks The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills basic technical knowledge and the ability to manage workers and site operations efficiently Key Responsibilities1 Site Supervision Daily Operations Supervise on-site activities and ensure work is done as per instructions Manage and guide workers helpers and contractors for smooth workflow Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of tasks Maintain discipline and safety standards among the workforce 2 Coordination Communication Coordinate with engineers project managers and site staff for execution plans Communicate work requirements schedules and priorities to the team Handle site-level issues and escalate them when necessary 3 Material Inventory Management Ensure availability of required tools and materials on-site Maintain stock records and raise requests for materials in advance Check and verify quality and quantity of materials delivered 4 Documentation Reporting Maintain daily site reports attendance and activity logs Provide daily updates to the Site Engineer Project Manager Assist in preparing measurement sheets and basic documentation as required 5 Safety Compliance Ensure workers follow all safety guidelines and site rules Identify hazards and inform the team to take corrective action Maintain cleanliness and proper site organization Required Skills Competencies Strong leadership and manpower handling skills Good communication and coordination abilities Basic understanding of site work electrical civil mechanical depending on project Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Basic computer knowledge MS Excel WhatsApp reporting etc Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Education Diploma Required Experience Supervising 1 year Required Location Delhi Delhi Required Work Location In person
