Job Summary The Quality Controller is responsible for inspecting testing and evaluating materials products and processes to ensure they meet established quality standards and customer requirements This role ensures that production outputs are consistent compliant and free of defects Key Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of raw materials in-process items and finished products Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation Identify defects deviations or non-conformities and report them to the relevant departments Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions Ensure all quality procedures and specifications are consistently followed Perform product tests such as measurements visual inspections and functional checks Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste Maintain equipment used for quality checks and ensure calibration is up-to-date Assist in training staff on quality standards policies and inspection techniques Prepare quality reports and participate in internal audits when required Qualifications High school diploma vocational training or degree in a related field e g Quality Assurance Engineering Manufacturing Experience in a quality control or inspection role is preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Knowledge of quality standards ISO GMP HACCP etc depending on industry Ability to read and interpret technical drawings specifications or product requirements Positive communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with production teams Basic computer skills for data entry and report preparation Key Competencies Analytical thinking Accuracy and attention to detail Time management Teamwork and communication Knowledge of inspection tools and measurement equipment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 538 30 - 32 429 87 per month Benefits Food provided Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
