Role Overview We are seeking motivated and committed Production Trainees who are eager to build a long-term career in roll forming machine operations and manufacturing The trainee will receive structured on-the-job training with transparent skill-certification milestones Core Competencies Required Strong willingness to learn online offline roll forming machine operations Understanding of feed rate tooling and cutting mechanisms Ability to quickly grasp machine sequences and forming logic Able to read and interpret basic engineering drawings Knowledge of measurements tolerances and symbols Familiarity with material thickness mm coil width galvanizing specs added advantage Able to identify profile defects edge cracks misalignments and simple machine issues misfeed slippage burrs Learning to use Vernier calipers tape angle gauge steel scale Can perform first-piece inspection and record key dimensions with guidance Responsibilities Follow all machine safety protocols guarding interlocks E-stop Ensure correct PPE usage and follow coil handling safety Participate in 5S activities and safety drills Assist in Logging coil usage Tracking batch counts and length output Daily production reporting Defect tagging Learn Machine setup Basic preventive maintenance Machine logic and troubleshooting fundamentals Growth Path 2-3 Years With strong performance and skill certifications the trainee can grow into Lead Operator Machine Setup Technician Line Supervisor The ideal candidate must demonstrate loyalty discipline consistency and technical curiosity Compensation Salary 15 000 per month Shift 12-hour shift Annual Increment Minimum 20 per year based on performance Bond 3-year service commitment Job Type Fresher Pay 9 651 52 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
