We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction handling queries resolving complaints and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services products The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills problem-solving abilities and a solid customer-first mindset Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients Act as the main point of contact for client queries feedback and issue resolution Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and solutions Build trust and rapport with clients to enhance retention and loyalty Identify client needs and propose suitable products services Work closely with internal teams sales operations support to meet customer expectations Track client interactions maintain updated records in CRM software and prepare regular reports Handle escalated issues and ensure smooth resolution Collect and analyze client feedback to improve processes and services Proactively engage with clients for renewals upgrades and referrals Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field Proven work experience as a Customer Relationship Manager Client Service Executive or similar role Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools Ability to multitask manage pressure and meet deadlines Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Customer-centric attitude with a proactive approach Preferred Skills Experience in industry-specific field e g financial services IT retail Knowledge of customer success strategies and client engagement techniques Analytical mindset to interpret client data and behavior Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
