We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of IT and software development projects This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in project coordination within an IT environment Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers in coordinating day-to-day project activities for IT and software development projects Support project planning scheduling task tracking and documentation Coordinate with internal teams such as developers designers QA and other stakeholders Assist in gathering documenting and organizing client requirements Track project progress timelines and deliverables Escalate risks issues or delays to the Project Manager Prepare basic project reports status updates and meeting notes Support client meetings internal discussions and follow-ups Ensure projects follow defined processes standards and quality guidelines Requirements Qualifications Experience Fresher to 1 year in a Project Coordinator Project Assistant or related role Internship or academic project experience in IT project coordination is a plus Educational background in IT Computer Science Engineering or a related field Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC Positive communication coordination and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and eagerness to learn Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
