Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate Trainee to join our R&D; team. The candidate will support research activities, perform laboratory experiments, maintain accurate documentation, and assist in the development and improvement of chemical products and processes. This role is ideal for fresh postgraduates who are passionate about research and laboratory work.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory experiments under the guidance of senior researchers.
- Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and samples for analysis.
- Record, analyze, and document experimental data accurately.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Assist in research projects, product development, and process optimization.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain laboratory records.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- M.Sc. in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and analytical instruments.
- Good understanding of chemical safety practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, or related instruments is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and research methodologies.
