Job Summary:
We are looking for a HR Manager who can independently handle recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, and required HR operations. This role requires someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
>Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments
>Maintain employee records & HR documentation
>Handle attendance, leave management & onboarding formalities
>Assist management with HR policies and processes
> Knowledge of Saral HR software will be an added advantage
Requirements:
>2–3 years of HR experience
>Strong communication & people-management skills
>Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
