Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Cybersecurity Trainer to lead our 2025-2026 Diploma program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end training for a comprehensive curriculum that bridges traditional networking with modern AI-powered offensive and defensive security. You will mentor students through two semesters, guiding them from foundational networking to advanced penetration testing and digital forensics.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery: Deliver high-quality, lab-based training on all modules listed in the Diploma, including CCNA, RHCSA 9.4, AWS/Azure Administration, and Python for Security.
Advanced Certifications: Lead the training for CEH v13 (AI Powered), ensuring students understand how AI is used in both attacking and defending systems.
Penetration Testing: Provide hands-on training in Network, Web/App, Cloud, and Server Penetration Testing.
Mentorship & Projects: Supervise Live Projects and mentor students on Bug Bounty programs.
Placement Readiness: Conduct mock interviews, resume-building sessions, and technical assessments to ensure students are industry-ready.
Content Updates:
Stay updated with the latest tools and threats (e.g., Python 3.12, RHEL 9.4) to keep the training material relevant.
Technical Requirements
The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in:
Networking: CCNA 200-301 (AI Updated).
Operating Systems: Linux (RHCSA 9.4) and Windows Server Security.
Cloud Platforms: AWS Cloud Admin & Microsoft Azure (AZ-104).
Programming: Python 3.12 and C Programming (Basic & Advanced).
