## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced **Data Specialist (Data Governance)** to support enterprise data governance initiatives by managing data onboarding, governance processes, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **Microsoft Power Apps**, data governance frameworks, stakeholder management, and enterprise data lifecycle management.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain approval workflows using **Microsoft Power Apps** to support enterprise data onboarding.

* Manage the end-to-end data onboarding lifecycle, including intake validation, documentation review, stakeholder coordination, approval tracking, and governance compliance.

* Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Product Owners, Data Architects, CAT Data Specialists, and Governance teams to ensure compliance with business, security, and quality standards.

* Coordinate governance approvals and track dependencies to ensure timely completion of onboarding activities.

* Maintain governance documentation, audit trails, and onboarding records.

* Ensure adherence to enterprise data governance policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

* Identify opportunities to improve governance processes through workflow automation and process optimization.





## Required Skills

* 6+ years of experience in **Data Governance** and **Data Management**.

* Robust hands-on experience with **Microsoft Power Apps** and workflow automation.

* Experience managing enterprise data onboarding and governance processes.

* Knowledge of data quality, metadata management, compliance, and data lifecycle management.

* Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

* Strong analytical, documentation, and communication abilities.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.

* Experience working within enterprise governance frameworks and large-scale data environments.
