Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and quick learner to join our digital printing team. No extensive experience is required—if you have basic computer knowledge, a positive attitude, and are eager to learn, we will provide training.
As a Print Shop Executive, you will assist customers, prepare print jobs, and help with various finishing services to ensure high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the reception/front office.
- Handle digital printing jobs and operate printing equipment.
- Perform basic graphic design and document editing.
- Prepare files for printing.
- Carry out binding, lamination, cutting, and other finishing work.
- Manage print orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge (Windows, MS Office).
- Quick learner with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software (CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a print shop is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.
