We manufacture jewellery at our Jaipur unit and run a showroom-cum-office in Hyderabad. We are
looking for a reliable, all-round back office executive to manage stock, sales, and day-to-day
coordination with our Jaipur manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Show stock to walk-in customers and close sales at the Hyderabad showroom
- Coordinate with the Jaipur manufacturing unit for new designs, order placement, and delivery timelines
- Maintain stock and inventory records (incoming, sold, and remaining items) in registers/Excel Handle billing, invoicing, and GST entries
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Send daily/weekly sales and stock reports to the Jaipur team
- Oversee packaging and dispatch for outstation orders
Skills & Requirements
- Valuable communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Basic understanding of sales – presenting jewellery and convincing customers
- Working knowledge of MS Excel / Tally
- Trustworthy and reliable – will be directly handling gold/silver stock
- Well-presented and customer-facing attitude
- Fresher or up to 2 years of relevant experience
Pay: ₹10,650.38 - ₹31,004.34 per month
