AFAQ GROUP is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team in Hyderabad.

As a diversified organization with businesses in Healthcare, Hospitality, and Restaurants, we are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. While applications are open to both male and female candidates, female candidates are preferred.

Position: Telecaller

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

- Follow up with potential customers and clients.

- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the respective departments.

- Maintain accurate call records and customer information.

- Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships.

Requirements:





- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
