Job Summary

Vidhu Academy is looking for a Chemistry Faculty member to teach NEET and JEE aspirants and support students in developing strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

- Teach Chemistry for NEET and JEE students based on the current syllabus.
- Handle Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry sessions.
- Conduct classroom teaching, revision classes, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, worksheets, and practice tests.
- Evaluate student performance and provide academic support.
- Guide students with exam preparation strategies and time management.
- Coordinate with the academic team for academic planning and schedule execution.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Prior experience in NEET/JEE coaching preferred.




- Solid subject knowledge and teaching aptitude.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with NEET and JEE exam patterns and syllabus.
- Ability to simplify concepts and improve problem-solving approaches.
- Comfortable handling offline and/or online classes.

Experience

- Freshers with strong subject expertise may apply.
- Experienced faculty preferred.

Location

Vidhu Academy - Porur, Chennai.
