IT Project Management & Software Delivery experience:
Prior background working as a Technical Delivery Manager / Project Manager or Scrum Master within IT, specifically software projects.
Strong delivery experience that includes work within Digital Transformation, Software, API or similar.
Technology Leadership:
Demonstratable experience driving teamwork within agile teams and aligning technology elements across the phases of product/development lifecycle.
Excellent influencing and communication skills:
Exceptional stakeholder management skills and strong influencing communication skills.
Reporting and Governance:
Experience in planning, tracking, reporting and governance; experience in communicating regular status updates to key senior colleagues and resolves high priority issues affecting delivery.
Track-record of handing critical risks/issues/dependencies arising out of Status Reporting and agile meetings, taking ownership for critical issues and ensuring resolution within agreed timescales.
