Your work profile
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Ability to analyse and identify the root cause for technical issues.
- Problem-solving skills in order to resolve issues promptly.
Key skills required:
- Education: B.Tech/BE degree (IT, CS or ECE)
- Minimum experience of working in 2 projects as Support Engineer
- Proficiency in working with systems like SQL, or other technologies at BPCL (SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce etc.) is a must.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Platform is preferred.
- Advanced analytics skills with the ability to perform data analysis, identify relations/ correlations etc.
