Your role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing insights and guiding them through complex problem-solving scenarios.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging.
- Experience with software deployment processes and packaging tools.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve application-related issues.
- Ability to work with various operating systems and understand software compatibility.
- Familiarity with automation techniques to streamline packaging and deployment tasks.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Application Packaging.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
