Role Overview

- We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to build scalable, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end development, clean coding practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- - Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack
- Build robust and scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
- Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases (schema design, indexing)
- Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth)
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications

Requirements

- - Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Node.js & Express.js
- Solid experience with MongoDB / Mongoose
- Good working knowledge of React.js (Hooks, Context API; Redux is a plus)
- Understanding of REST API design and development
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming
- Experience with Git/version control systems
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Tailwind or Bootstrap

Valuable to Have

- - Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda)
- Exposure to Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ
- Understanding of microservices architecture
