Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer (Civil) to manage and supervise civil construction activities for our CMC Project at Vellore, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge, excellent site management skills, and the ability to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction progress to meet project schedules.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Prepare daily progress reports, material reconciliation, and work execution reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers for smooth project execution.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and billing-related documentation.




- Monitor material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities and maintain project records.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Experience in precast construction, infrastructure, industrial, or institutional projects is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and safety practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
