About the Role
[Codework] is looking for a CRM Trainee to support customer data management and sales operations. Great opportunity to learn CRM tools and processes in a hands-on setting.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
- Support sales/marketing teams with data entry and reporting
- Track customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups
- Generate basic reports to monitor CRM performance
- Ensure data accuracy across the CRM database
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed

Qualifications

- Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (or pursuing one)
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
