We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality content for social media. You'll work on a variety of client projects and collaborate closely with our creative team to produce videos that are visually appealing, fast-paced, and performance-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create smooth, attention-grabbing edits with strong storytelling.
- Add motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and visual effects where required.
- Perform colour correction and colour grading to maintain a premium visual quality.
- Enhance videos with sound design, music, and audio balancing.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different client projects.
- Organise project files and deliver videos within deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest editing styles, social media trends, and creative techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of professional experience in video editing.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good understanding of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animations.
- Experience with colour grading and audio editing.
- Solid sense of pacing, composition, typography, and storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- A portfolio showcasing your best editing work is required.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with 3D software such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflows.
- Understanding of social media content strategy and current trends.
