Job Summary

Eljo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with expertise in ArtCAM/Carveco software to support our signage production team. The ideal candidate will create accurate CNC programs, optimize machining processes, and ensure high-quality production of architectural signage, wayfinding systems, decorative panels, and custom display elements. Eljo specializes in signage, digital signage, wayfinding, AutoCAD-based services, and large-scale signage projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 2D/3D CNC machining programs using ArtCAM/Carveco.
- Generate optimized toolpaths and G-code for CNC routers.
- Interpret CAD drawings, DXF, DWG, AI, EPS, STL, and PDF files.
- Program machining for acrylic, ACP, MDF, wood, PVC, aluminum, and other signage materials.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and machining strategies.
- Perform machining simulations and optimize cycle times.
- Support machine setup, first-piece inspection, and production troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to meet delivery schedules.




- Maintain CNC program revisions and machining documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of CNC programming experience.
- Proficiency in ArtCAM/Carveco (Carveco is the successor to ArtCAM and supports artistic CAD/CAM workflows for sign-making and CNC machining).
- Good understanding of G-code and CNC router operations.
- Experience machining signage materials.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and production layouts.
- Knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining optimization.
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in the signage, advertising, or architectural fabrication industry.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design software.
- Experience with CNC router machines used for sign manufacturing.
